These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Maya's Bedrock Portfolio at bedrockportfolio.com (the "Site") and any related waitlist, content, or subscription service (the "Service"), operated by TradeWithMaya LLC ("Bedrock," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, joining the waitlist, or subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Service.
Bedrock is currently in a pre-launch, waitlist-only phase. Joining the waitlist is free, does not create a subscription or brokerage connection, and does not obligate you to purchase anything. These Terms apply to your use of the Site today and will also govern the paid Service once it becomes available; we'll provide notice before the paid Service launches.
To use the Site or the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts, and reside in a jurisdiction where use of the Service is permitted.
Bedrock is a rules-based, return-stacked stock and bond portfolio strategy. It is not an options strategy, and it is not day-trading. The strategy targets roughly 1.5x total exposure using packaged return-stacked ETFs, rebalances on a set schedule, and includes an automatic rules-based safeguard intended to reduce (not eliminate) losses during downturns. Full mechanics are described on our How It Works page, and important limitations are described in our Disclosures.
Bedrock does not hold, custody, or have withdrawal access to your money at any time. When the paid Service is available, you connect your own brokerage account (currently supported: Charles Schwab, Tastytrade, and Tradier) to PeakBot, an independent third-party technology platform not owned or controlled by TradeWithMaya LLC. The Service works through a three-party structure:
Bedrock (strategy rules) → PeakBot (order submission) → Your Brokerage (execution)
Bedrock determines and transmits the strategy's rebalancing and safeguard signals. PeakBot submits the corresponding orders to your connected brokerage account on your behalf. PeakBot does not execute trades itself, and neither Bedrock nor PeakBot ever takes custody of your funds or positions; you retain ownership and control of your brokerage account at all times, and you can pause or disconnect at any time. Your use of PeakBot's platform is separately governed by PeakBot's own terms of service and privacy policy, which you must independently review and accept. Bedrock is not responsible for PeakBot's platform functionality, uptime, execution quality, or for any dispute between you and PeakBot or your broker.
Once the paid Service is available, subscription and platform fees will apply as described at signup on PeakBot, and are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through PeakBot's platform; cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund amounts already charged. Fund-level expense ratios of the underlying ETFs also apply and reduce returns; these are charged by the fund providers, not by Bedrock or PeakBot.
TradeWithMaya LLC is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution. Bedrock is a rules-based strategy offered for informational purposes; nothing on the Site is personalized investment, tax, or legal advice, or an offer to buy or sell any security. We do not manage your account, act as your fiduciary, or evaluate whether the strategy is suitable for your individual circumstances. You are solely responsible for that determination, and you should consult a licensed financial professional before investing.
Investing involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of principal. Bedrock is a growth-oriented, leveraged strategy that can experience significant declines, and its automatic safeguard cannot prevent losses. All performance figures shown on the Site are hypothetical and backtested unless clearly stated otherwise, and do not guarantee future results. Full risk disclosures are in our Disclosures, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to compromise the Site; misrepresent your identity or eligibility; copy, redistribute, or resell Site content without permission; or use the Site or Service for any unlawful purpose.
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Site are owned by TradeWithMaya LLC or its licensors. You're granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for your personal use; you may not reproduce or distribute it without our prior written permission.
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party services, including PeakBot and your brokerage. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content, security, or practices of those third parties. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
The Site and Service are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Site or Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that the strategy will achieve any particular result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeWithMaya LLC and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Service, including trading losses, missed opportunities, execution issues, or third-party platform failures. In no event will our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeWithMaya LLC and its affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or Service, your violation of these Terms, or your trading activity.
Before starting any formal dispute process, please contact us at hello@bedrockportfolio.com and give us 30 days to address your concern. Any dispute that isn't resolved that way will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Austin, Texas (or by phone/video), with the arbitrator's decision final and binding. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations. Claims must be brought individually; you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Service for violating these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time; changes will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date, and for material changes we'll try to give additional notice. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to the arbitration provisions above, any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
