This Privacy Policy explains how TradeWithMaya LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operator of Maya's Bedrock Portfolio at bedrockportfolio.com (the "Site"), collects, uses, and shares information about you. By using the Site, joining our waitlist, or submitting a form (including a Facebook or Instagram lead form), you agree to this Policy.
We collect information you give us directly, most commonly your email address (and, if provided, your name) when you join our waitlist, contact us, or submit a lead form through our advertising on Facebook or Instagram. We also automatically collect limited technical and usage information when you visit the Site, such as your device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring source, and marketing attribution parameters (for example, UTM tags). We do not collect brokerage credentials or account balances through this Site.
If you join our waitlist through a lead form served in a Facebook or Instagram ad, Meta Platforms, Inc. collects the information you submit (such as your email) and makes it available to us as the advertiser. That submission is also governed by Meta's own privacy policy and terms. We use the information you provide solely to add you to the Bedrock waitlist and to contact you about the product, as described below. You can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe options in our emails.
We use your information to: (1) add you to the Bedrock waitlist and notify you when the product launches or early access opens; (2) send you related updates, announcements, and marketing about Bedrock and Maya, from which you may unsubscribe at any time; (3) operate, secure, and improve the Site; and (4) measure and improve our advertising. We do not use the Site to provide personalized investment advice.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our email delivery provider, hosting and analytics providers, and advertising platforms, and only as needed to perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and (where enabled) Microsoft Clarity, to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve it. We and our advertising partners, including Meta, may also use cookies and pixels to measure and target advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics using Google's opt-out tools.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in each message. You may request that we access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the GDPR or CCPA), and we will honor those rights as required.
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the waitlist and related communications, and as required for legal, security, or record-keeping purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
The Site and our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
